I am a janitor in his section 8 housing complex.
I can confirm that model of toilet is what we use in these apartment buildings/
It was his feces and it was his toilet. The shit-marks were still visible on the toilet when we were sent in to clean up his hoard (it was a fire hazard).
I have seen his toilet and that picture is of his toilet.
